Details:
(1) Personal Training Day a week
(1) 60-minute 1:1 Coaching session every OTHER week
Open communication via text/email through my business hours 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday -- urgent needs over the weekend or as discussed and agreed upon based off scheduling needs
Option to include one of the following target needs (the 4 core principles of Walk that Talk Coaching, which connects mental and physical)
-Brain (Yoga): Mind, Spirituality, Breaking habits, self-discipline, repetition, consistency, decision making
-Heart (Cardio): Relationships, self-love, connection, hobbies, self discovery
-Core (Pilates), : self worth, self reflection, Identity, Confidence, Stability
-External (Weights): dreams, community, work
