These summer events are designed to bring movement back into real life—outside, in fresh air, surrounded by community. Whether it’s a peaceful yoga flow in the park or an energizing Pilates session, this is your space to reset, recharge, and reconnect.

This is for all levels, all bodies, and all seasons of life.

Join us this summer for outdoor Pilates and yoga classes held at Municipal Park in Downtown Clayton, NC, in partnership with the Town of Clayton Parks & Recreation Department.

These classes are part of a 6-week summer program series, designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body—all while enjoying fresh air and community.

Program Details:

  • Yoga mat

FREE Community Event: Parking Lot Pilates

We’re taking Pilates out of the studio and into the heart of the neighborhood.

Join us for a high-energy, all-levels Pilates class in the athletic park parking lot—set to music by a live DJ and surrounded by local vendors. This event is all about bringing people together, getting out of our routines, and creating space to move, connect, and feel good.

Open to residents and nearby community members.

Why This Matters

As a mom of two, I know how easy it is to get caught up in the busyness of life. These events were created to bring us back—to our bodies, our breath, and each other.
